Unlike traditional internships, InternLakshya offers a real-world job simulation experience. Students engage in guided tasks and projects that closely resemble actual industry demands. This includes project planning, reporting, teamwork, meeting deadlines, and making decisions—mirroring a professional work environment. These simulations help interns understand workplace expectations, navigate challenges, and develop job-specific skills. By the end of the internship, participants not only acquire valuable skills but also gain a true sense of a professional experience, enhancing their preparedness and employability.

Our exclusive Internship Lakshya Portal connects students directly with potential employers. Interns can create a digital profile, upload their project work, earn certifications, and receive performance feedback. Employers visiting the portal can discover talented candidates, review their work, and offer internships, jobs, or interviews. Today, we celebrated a significant milestone by collecting our internship certificates! Our hard work has truly paid off, and I’m incredibly grateful to Veecap Eduventure Pvt Ltd in collaboration with ICT Training at IIT Bombay. Our internship comprised three impactful phases. First, we mastered essential tools like LibreOffice Writer, Calc, Impress, and the complete LibreOffice Suite. In the second phase, we engaged in job simulations with prestigious companies such as the City of Moreton Bay, Discover, the National Urban League, and Citibank, focusing on Career Readiness, Personal Banking, and Economic Development. In the final phase, we participated in a hands-on workshop where we learned to enhance our LinkedIn profiles and improve our resumes and interview skills.
